Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality services to guests, manage parking and vehicle retrieval, and assist with luggage during arrival and departure.

Role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, basic math, and strong English reading/writing skills; a valid driver’s license is required. The position is on-site with pay that reflects tips.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients; greets guests within five feet.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests on arrival.
• Issues claim checks and collects keys; maintains ticket information and guest folios.
• Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed.
