• Assist with new ticket reservations and existing bookings; look up memberships in ticketing systems.
• Maintain knowledge of Aquarium offerings and events; update as needed.
• Reconcile cash drawers while ensuring accuracy.
• Upsell add-ons while meeting department metrics and providing high-quality guest engagement.
• Handle long lines during peak season and collect guest contact details with each transaction.
• Comply with ADA regulations regarding service animals vetting procedures.
