Vail Resorts, Inc. is hiring for winter seasonal roles across our mountain resorts. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour, with the possibility of guaranteed minimums in tipped positions.

All positions offer access to employee benefits, free passes, and opportunities for training and development. Roles span food and beverage, guest services, and more, with rolling recruitment and applications accepted until December 15th or positions are filled.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is needed.
• Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age.
• Starting Wage: $20.00/hr.
• The expected pay range is $20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow the leaderships guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Set beverage stations and food displays, cashier, greet guests and bus tables
• Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday
• Other duties as assigned
