Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Millburn, NJ is hiring a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service, operate POS systems, prep and serve food, stock and clean work areas, and support daily plaza operations. You will follow brand standards, assist travelers, and maintain product knowledge while working a flexible schedule.

Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly customer service to travelers and coworkers.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Prepare and serve food, and complete kitchen-related tasks.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
