Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring Team Members in New Jersey. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist travelers with orders, handle payments, stock and food preparation, and support daily operations across the plaza.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn product offerings, adhere to food safety standards, and contribute to a positive guest experience. Flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Prepare and serve quality food while maintaining food safety.
• Stock, clean, and stockroom areas as needed.
• Help with kitchen tasks including prepping and cooking.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
