Job summary

Chick-fil-A Roanoke is seeking friendly, dependable Front of House Team Members to support the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and mobile order experience. No experience required; paid training provided. We offer a positive team environment and opportunities for growth.

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll help support the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and mobile order experience while working in a positive, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service while taking guest orders accurately and efficiently at the front counter or drive-thru using registers or iPads

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while assisting with stocking and cleaning during non-peak hours

• Deliver dine-in and mobile orders promptly and courteously

• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment

• Cross-train in Front of House and Back of House positions, including food preparation, fryer, grill, and additional stations as needed

• Support fast, accurate service and a positive guest experience

Shift Availability

• Day Shift: Available to start at 7:00am-9:00am and work until 3:00pm-5:00pm
• Mid Shift: Available to start at 11:00am and work until 8:00pm
• Lunch Shift: Available to start at 10:00am/10:30am/11:00am/11:30am and work until 2:00pm-5:00pm
• Must have availability to work on Saturdays,
