Qualifications

• Willing to cross-train Front of House and Back of House
• Must be 16 years old or older

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble Front of House and Back of House menu items in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Provide friendly guest service while taking orders, handling transactions, and delivering orders
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, dishes, kitchen cleaning, and overall restaurant cleanliness
• Learn and support both Front of House and Back of House positions as needed
• Follow food safety, sanitation, hospitality, and Chick-fil-A standards
• Support the team in delivering fast, accurate, and high-quality food and guest experiences
• Work as part of a high-performing, team-oriented restaurant environment
