As a Team Member, you’ll prepare and serve products to brand standards, handle registers with care, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. On-the-job training is provided; advancement opportunities may exist for motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handler Certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and stay active during shift.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with friendly, energetic, and professional service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products per recipes and quality standards.
• Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and food-safe environment during shifts.
• Arrive on time in proper uniform and ready to work each scheduled shift.
• Support teammates during busy periods and help achieve store goals.
