Auntie Anne's Woodfield 1 - Schaumburg, IL is hiring entry-level Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service and fresh pretzels. You’ll bake, assemble orders, handle POS transactions, and help maintain a clean, inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day each week.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler Certification current or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, energetic, and professional service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and quality standards.
• Consistently deliver accurate orders and a positive guest experience.
• Operate registers and handle cash payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment throughout your shift.
• Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work at the start of every scheduled shift.
• Support teammates during busy periods to achieve store goals.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, loss prevention, and operational procedures.
