Job summary

Auntie Anne's is hiring Team Members to deliver friendly, efficient service and fresh-baked pretzels. You’ll prepare, bake, and serve products to brand standards while maintaining a clean, organized work area. You’ll handle registers and cash with accuracy and contribute to a positive guest experience across fast-paced shifts.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Weekend availability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler Certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and active throughout a shift.
• Previous food service or retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with friendly, energetic, and professional service
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and quality standards
• Consistently deliver accurate orders and a positive guest experience
• Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions responsibly and accurately
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment throughout your shift
• Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work at the start of every scheduled shift
• Maintain reliable attendance and follow established call-out and scheduling procedures
• Plan ahead for transportation, traffic, and parking to ensure timely arrival
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through with strong attention to detail
• Support teammates during busy periods and work collaboratively to achieve store goals
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, loss prevention, and operational procedures
• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude in every aspect of the job
• Help create a culture of teamwork, reliability, and respect
