Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day each week.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to arrive on time, prepared and ready to begin shifts.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork orientation.
• Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, energetic service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products per brand standards.
• Handle cash and transactions accurately at the register.
• Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe environment.
• Support teammates during busy periods to meet store goals.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
