Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member in Wilmington, DE. This position offers full-time or part-time schedules in a fast-paced 24/7 retail setting, focusing on high-quality guest service, stocking, cleaning, and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and retail customer service experience; ServSafe certification is a plus. The role requires flexibility for days, nights, overnights, and weekends, with strong cash-handling skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete GED program).
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification.
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service, assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays organized.
• Maintain a pristine store, including restrooms, parking lots, and exterior areas.
• Support the team across cashiering to porter services to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle cash with care following company policies.

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked :Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store :Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team :Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care :Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We're Looking For:

• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
