Job summary

Dash In, part of the Wills Group, is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member to deliver outstanding service in our 24/7 Dash In location. You’ll greet guests, handle transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store pristine while supporting a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, 1 year of retail service, and are authorized to work in the U.S. We offer strong benefits for part-time teammates, including PTO, tuition assistance, healthcare options, and 401(k) matching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to guests with a smile and accurate transactions.
• Restock shelves and keep displays organized and accessible.
• Maintain a pristine store interior and exterior, including restrooms and parking areas.
• Support the team across cashiering and porter duties as needed.
• Handle cash according to company policies and record transactions.

• Deliver Outstanding Service : Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.

• Keep Things Stocked : Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.

• Maintain a Pristine Store : Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.

• Support the Team : Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Handle Cash with Care : Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)

• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)

• Flexibility to work days , nights, overnights, and weekends

• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older

• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification

• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
