Job summary

Dash In is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service and accurate transactions at our Dash In locations. This role supports stocking, store cleanliness, and teamwork for a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of retail customer service, and flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts. ServSafe or POS familiarity is a plus, with competitive pay and benefits.

• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to guests with a smile and accurate transactions.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays organized and accessible.
• Maintain a pristine store interior and exterior, including restrooms and parking areas.
• Support the team in cashiering to porter services for a seamless guest experience.
• Handle cash following company policies for accuracy and recording.

Guest Experience Team Member

Status: Full-time or Part-time

Pay Rate: $15.50-$18.00 per hour (+$1/hr. overnight)

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
