Job summary

CAVA is looking for Team Members to greet guests, explain our menu, and customize meals to personal preferences in a vibrant, fast-paced setting. You will ensure a welcoming experience, educate guests, and assist with orders to create memorable visits.

Role involves maintaining cleanliness, following recipes, and upholding safety standards while supporting cross-training across the restaurant for growth and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically educate guests about the menu and assemble orders as requested.
• Keep the serving line, dining room, and restrooms clean and organized.
