Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Members to welcome guests and guide them through our menu, helping customize meals according to personal preferences. You’ll engage with customers, educate them about options, and deliver a memorable dining experience across the counter and dining area.

You’ll work on food prep, uphold safety standards, and participate in a collaborative team to keep the restaurant running smoothly. This is an inclusive, fast-paced environment that values warmth and service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Wriendly, positive demeanor and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and help them order.
• Assemble orders and ensure accuracy of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness of serving line, dining area, and restrooms.
• Follow recipes and procedures to ensure food quality and safety.
• Restock stations and assist with additional duties as needed.
