Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Team Member to greet guests with warmth, educate them on our vibrant menu, and customize meals to individual preferences. You will contribute to a fast-paced environment, maintaining cleanliness and efficiency across the dining area.

This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and adaptability. As part of a growing brand, you’ll help ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience during every shift, including setup, service, and closing duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds is often required.

Responsibilities

• Educate guests about menu items and assemble orders as requested.
• Keep serving line, dining room and restrooms clean and organized.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
