Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking part-time Crew Members to support operations across multiple stations at the park. You will help guests have a safe, engaging experience while maintaining cleanliness and smooth guest flow throughout the venue.

Ideal candidates are reliable, coachable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. Training and onboarding are provided, with a focus on safety procedures and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow safety rules and park procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Adapt to changing station assignments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and professionalism during each shift.
• Court Monitor: Actively supervise attractions to ensure guest safety.
• Court Monitor: Enforce safety rules consistently and respectfully.
• Court Monitor: Identify and address unsafe behavior promptly.
• Court Monitor: Assist with emergency response procedures as trained.
• Greeter/Park Support: Welcome guests and provide directional assistance.
• Greeter/Park Support: Support guest flow and traffic management.
