You will maintain clean dining areas, know the menu, and uphold food safety standards while collaborating with a friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of serving line, dining room, restrooms, back of house, and storage areas.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, assembly, sides, drinks, and seasonal items.
• Present all FUSIAN menu items in a manner that reflects standards.
• Share the FUSIAN concept and story through the guest experience.
• Uphold high food safety standards by following recipes and procedures.
