Job summary

CAVA is hiring Team Leaders to drive hospitality, guest experience, and operational excellence at our Eatontown location. TLs will lead daily teams, promote a positive work environment, and collaborate with AGMs/GMs to deliver on commitments to guests.

The role involves delegating routines, training and developing team members, and ensuring standards are consistently met across all shifts. This position emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Must bring hospitality spirit and guest-focused mindset.
• Coach and support cross-training as the operation grows.
• Assist in opening/closing duties, inventory, and cash handling as needed.
• Support food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
