Job summary

Popeye's Cajun Eats, LLC is seeking a first-line operational supervisor to train and lead team members in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will ensure quality food, execute Popeye's 20/20 guest expectations, and enforce all company procedures and standards.

Role requires opening for at least 18 years old, completion of Team Leader training, and possibly ServSafe certification depending on state. Strong English communication, math, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must complete Team Leader training classes.
• ServSafe certified in certain states.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English; may require another language based on location.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and take initiative.
• Basic computer skills and ethics.
