Job summary

Silver Ventures LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Busser to support dining room operations and guest experience. The Busser will promptly set dining room tables, remove used dishes, and prepare tables for new guests while maintaining a clean environment.

The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old, hold a Food Handlers certification, and demonstrate exceptional customer service and reliable attendance. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• POS (cash register) and credit or debit card processing skills.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have attention for detail and a passion for serving Guests.
• Punctual and reliable attendance is required.
• Must be well-groomed and professionally dressed following uniform standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clean dining area before and after shifts.
• Assist service staff with maintaining non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area including dining room and dish pit.
• Deliver cleaned glassware from the dish area to the front of the house.
• Assist service staff in providing the best guest experience.
• Follow safety and sanitation rules and practices.
