Job summary

Silver Ventures, Inc. is seeking a Busser to maintain a clean dining environment and quickly prepare tables for new guests. You will support the service staff, deliver cleaned glassware, and help ensure a top-notch guest experience in a full-time San Antonio setting.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a Food Handlers certificate, punctuality, and professional presentation. A strong focus on customer service and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a Food Handlers certification before employment begins.
• Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• POS (cash register) and credit or debit card processing skills.
• Punctual and reliable attendance is required.
• Must be well-groomed and professionally dressed following uniform standards.
• Must have attention for detail, and a passion for serving Guests.
• Positive and professional attitude in every aspect of the position.
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time; capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.; ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clean dining area before beginning shift and clean dining areas after.
• Assist service staff with maintaining non-alcoholic beverages for all guests.
• Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner including the dining room, server stations, patio, and dish pit.
• Delivers cleaned glassware from the dish area to the appropriate location in the front of the house.
• Assist service staff in providing the best guest experience.
• Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices.
