Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable about our food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Keep a safe and clean environment for guests and team.
• Greet guests, answer phones and take reservations.
• Assist with carry-out operations.
• Support service team with clearing, cleaning and resetting tables.
• Support bar team with bar prep, stocking and glassware cleaning.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
