Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Atlanta is seeking Server Assistants to support our dining team, keeping guests refreshed and helping servers deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have a friendly attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to communicate with managers and guests. A flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays is required in our fast-paced, growing environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of restaurant or similar experience preferred.
• Positive energy and willingness to assist fellow staff and work as a team.
• Effective communication with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift and maintain clean service areas throughout shift.
• Greet guests as they are seated and respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate to server as needed.
• Between seatings, take soiled tableware to the dish room and sort to designated areas, then clean and reset tabletops.
