Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to directly supervise housekeeping staff in a hotel setting. You will resolve guest complaints, monitor cleanliness, verify room status, and ensure staff attendance while coordinating breaks and assignments.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of related supervisory experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation and organization of areas.
• Verify room status on AM report and prioritize checkout rooms.
• Ensure staff report to work; document late/absent employees.
• Coordinate breaks and distribute assignment sheets.
• Assign keys/beepers and maintain security of access items.
• Update assignment sheets with changes and priorities.
• Inspect rooms, public areas, and closets; check supplies.
• Prepare work orders for maintenance and contact Engineering for urgent repairs.
• Provide training and feedback to staff; report disciplinary Issues.
• Complete paperwork and closing duties; review with supervisor.
