Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes is preferred.
• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests; verify reservations and payment details.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs and room assignments efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling and reports.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide local area information.
