Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate in Omaha, NE to help deliver the best possible shopping experience for Guests.

You will support store operations and assist the Store Manager with sales support tasks to keep the store welcoming and well-organized. This role involves greeting Guests, handling POS transactions, staying informed on sales and policies, assisting with merchandising, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to complete guest transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, payment/exchange policies, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and thefts and handle situations appropriately.
• Assist with merchandising tasks such as displays, fixture organization, price markdowns, and transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable in line with Buckle’s mission statement.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Provide high levels of guest service and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
