Restaurant Manager

Job Overview

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading department‑level daily operations excellence for the assigned area of responsibility while supporting the broader operation as directed by the General Manager. This includes the selection, development and performance coaching of team members.

Essential Job Duties

• Regular and reliable attendance – 45 hour work week with nights and weekends
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Must be able to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana
• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Maintain food safety, sanitation standards and proper personal hygiene
• Able to operate the POS system and handle guests payments by either providing change or processing credit/gift card payments
• Able to operate a computer
• Resolve team member conflict and guests complaints
• Supervising daily shift operations
• Excellent communication skills
