The role includes bookkeeping tasks and support to the Sr. Guest Services Manager with self-checkouts, bagging, parcel pickup, cart room, click‑and‑collect, and parking lot operations, focusing on a friendly, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the front-end team to maintain high guest service standards.
