Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Manager to supervise the front-end team and uphold high guest service standards across self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging areas, parcel pickup, click-and-collect, and parking lot zones.

The role includes assisting the Sr. Guest Services Manager with daily guest services tasks and bookkeeping during shifts, promoting a team-oriented, employee-owned culture with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the front-end team and maintain high standards of guest service throughout front-end operations.
• Support the Sr. Guest Services Manager with guest services tasks, checkout areas, bagging, parcel pickup, click and collect, and related duties.
