Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Manager (Assistant Customer Service Manager/Assistant Front End Department Manager) to lead the front-end team and uphold top-notch guest service across all front-end operations.

Expect duties including supervising staff, bookkeeping tasks, and supporting areas from self-checkouts to parcel pickup. The role emphasizes team leadership, daily cash handling, and collaboration with the Sr.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-end team to maintain high guest service standards.
• Handle bookkeeping tasks as part of daily operations.
• Assist Sr. Guest Services Manager with guest services, self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging area, parcel pickup, cart room, click-and-collect, and parking lot areas.
