Job summary

Buckle in Jackson, TN is seeking a Store Support Teammate to help create the best possible shopping experience for guests. You will greet customers, answer questions, operate the POS, and keep displays neat and merchandised to Buckle standards.

No prior experience required; training provided. You will work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak holiday shifts, while contributing to a clean, organized store and a respectful team environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Friendly, guest-focused attitude and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) software and process guest transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Assist merchandising tasks, prepare displays, and organize fixtures and shelving.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable at all times.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies, contributing to a positive team spirit.
