Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Store Support Teammate in Sevierville, TN to deliver outstanding guest service and support daily store operations. You will greet guests, process transactions on the POS, and assist with merchandising tasks while maintaining a clean, engaging shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions using the POS software and bag purchases.
• Maintain current knowledge of sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Monitor security and handle theft prevention as needed.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle Code of Ethics and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
