Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience and support store operations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing POS transactions, maintaining safety and cleanliness, stocking shelves, and coordinating with management on guest requests and vendor activities.

Candidates should be able to work flexible hours, perform basic computer tasks, have reliable transportation, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to handle cash, lottery, tobacco with accuracy.
• Familiarity with POS systems and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to store safety, security, quality policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and maintain clean store environment.
• Replenish products ensuring in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.
