Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to create a welcoming shopping experience and support store-level tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, manage cash and inventory, and maintain cleanliness and stock levels throughout the store.

The role requires basic computer skills, a willingness to work flexible hours, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Team members participate in onboarding and training and contribute to a safe, efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering friendly guest service and a positive shopping experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate a POS system.
• Ability to count, read, and write for cash handling and paperwork.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to store safety, security, quality, and operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete housekeeping duties and keep shelves stocked and clean.
• Coordinate with management on guest requests and vendor concerns.
