Job summary

Flour Bakery is seeking a Steward to support dining room operations, cleaning, stocking, and guest hospitality. Shifts include weekends and evenings; team-oriented environment with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Starting pay is $17/hr with a pay range of $17–$21.86/hr, plus full benefits and staff meals. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. gluten considerations noted. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Excellent sense of urgency and hospitality.
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards.
• Able to stand long periods and lift <50 lbs.
• Schedule reliable 3 shifts/20 hrs weekly including one weekend.
• Able to take feedback and follow direction.
• Able to operate dishwasher and cleaning tools.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize condiment station.
• Refill water, milk, syrups, lemons.
• Stock utensils, plates, napkins.
• Remove full compost, recycling, trash.
• Keep trash area clean and debris-free.
• Restock bathrooms with TP and towels.
• Keep bathrooms and windows clean.
• Clear tables for next guests.
• Bus dirty dishes as needed.
• Sweep kitchen and dining areas.
• Act as dishwasher during shifts.
• Assist Chef with prep/cleaning in downtime.
