United Dairy Farmers is hiring a Guest Service Associate for Store 622 on third shift, part-time (25 hours or less per week). The role centers on delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, greeting guests warmly, and ensuring a clean, welcoming store while assisting with shifts requiring 3rd shift differential of $1.00/hr.

Schedule may include third shift work; employees must be at least 16 years old and capable of handling cash, operating the POS terminal, gas console, and adhering to all safety

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with customers in English.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Provide friendly, helpful guest service.

Responsabilités

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests with a warm, authentic hello, ensure store is prepared and ready for Guests at all times, anticipate needs of Guests and provide assistance to ensure each Guest leaves satisfied with the intention to return to our store.
• Preparation of shakes/malts, cups/cones of ice cream/yogurt, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Efficiently operate the Point of Sale System and Gas Console; properly authorize and control gas sales, register transactions, handle cash and coupons.
• Stock shelves, displays, milk box and freezers; keep dip cabinet filled and presentable; ensure coffee pots and ice dispensers are full; rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain security by monitoring customers, manage cash drops, and follow Tobacco/Alcohol and Robbery/Violence Deterrence procedures.
• Ensure store and parking lot are clean and safe; monitor equipment temperatures and maintain equipment.
• Complete time records and the Customer First Document accurately.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
