Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Guest Services Associate to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. This part-time role (≤25 hours/week) includes shifts across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd; pay ranges from $12.50 to $14.50 per hour.

Must be at least 16 years old and capable of handling cash, stock, and customer service tasks. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, taking orders, operating the POS and gas console, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear, and understand spoken English.
• Ability to perform basic math and make change.
• Physical ability to lift at least 10 pounds and handle items up to 21 pounds.
• Ability to operate store equipment safely.
• Eligibility to work at age 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items such as shakes, malts, cups/cones and sundae components.
• Operate POS and gas console; handle transactions.
• Maintain shelves, freezers, and dip cabinet; rotate stock.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; ensure proper temperatures and equipment operation.
• Complete time records and the Customer First Document.
