Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a full-service dining venue.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health standards.
• Must be 21+ years of age and able to obtain work cards as required by the company

Responsibilities

• Present menus and take beverage and food orders.
• Input orders into POS; process payments accurately.
• Provide timely, courteous guest service.
• Assist with food running and side work as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
• Verify compliance with health, safety, and gaming regulations.
• Resolve guest concerns and report to management
