Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and thank each guest you service.
• Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience.
• Maintain professional appearance per dress code and grooming policy.
• Assist the Assistant Customer Service Team Leader - Office in supervising Guest Service area.
• Process all guest transactions including check cashing, bill payment, ATM, Lottery, Western Union.
• Secure guest service area and related items at shift end.
• Communicate new policies or promotions to guests.
• Train and coach Guest Service teammates to ensure great guest experience.
• Assist in daily cash and sales activities.
