lululemon is seeking a Seasonal Part Time Educator at Dadeland Mall in Miami to deliver world-class guest experiences and provide in-depth product education. This role emphasizes authentic engagement with guests and sharing our brand culture in a luxury retail setting.

Qualified candidates will be available on weekends, flexible for evenings, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding inclusive values and strong integrity. Prior retail experience is appreciated but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences through engaging service and product education
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value of lululemon products
• Support store operations including restocking and accurate guest transactions
• Move on the sales floor to assist guests and collaborate with team members
• Uphold safety policies and foster an inclusive, respectful team environment
