Job summary

lululemon in Miami Beach is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences and share high-quality product education across our store floor and omnichannel channels.

You will engage with guests, understand their needs, perform accurate transactions, restock, and uphold a luxury environment while embracing our inclusive culture and teamwork. Availability for a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming guest experience on the sales floor that respects guests’ time and needs.
• Explain product features and benefits with clear, engaging education.
• Support seamless omnichannel transactions and market-relevant programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store, etc.).
• Restock, present, and destock merchandise according to brand standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
