Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive a top-notch guest experience while aiding in store-level tasks. The role emphasizes greeting guests, executing store processes, and operating the POS with attention to cash, lotteries, and tobacco controls.

Candidates should be able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Training and onboarding support are provided.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Support GSA new hire employee's onboarding and training.
