Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and organized.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior retail or service experience is highly preferred, with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
