Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati is seeking a Part-Time Guest Services Associate for Store 76 (9am-5pm / 10am-6pm). The role supports the Store Manager, with 25 hours or less per week and shifts that may include 1st, 2nd or 3rd.

You will deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, prepare shakes, manage POS and gas transactions, stock shelves, maintain a safe, clean store, and accurately complete time records.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.
• Schedule: Part Time (25 hours or less per week); may work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Pay Range: $12.50/hour - $14.50/hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Prepare shakes, malts, sundaes, and related dipside items.
• Operate POS system and gas console; handle transactions and cash.
• Stock shelves, freezers, and dip cabinet; rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and equipment temperatures; ensure safety.
• Complete time records and follow company policies.
• Communicate effectively in English with customers.
