Job summary

Del Taco seeks Team Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will handle orders, assist customers, and help ensure cleanliness and safety across all areas of the restaurant. Strong multitasking, cash handling, and communication skills are essential for success.

Experience with POS systems and basic math helps with accurate transactions and efficient service. Must be at least 16, with possible food handler certification requirements; on-site work and teamwork

Qualifications

Ability to travel to assigned restaurant location.
Must be at least 16 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Food Handler certification may be required.
Stand and walk for the majority of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Delivers effective results in quality, guest service, safety, security, cleanliness and product preparation.
Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner.
Demonstrates understanding of menu items and can explain them to guests.
Uses POS/cash register to record orders and process payments.
Adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
Maintains professional appearance and grooming standards.
Cleans and maintains all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image.
