Job summary

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide courteous dining service.
• Seat guests and take/serve orders.
• Follow IHOP SOP to ensure high-quality guest experience.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and invite them to return.
• Memorize IHOP terminology, abbreviations, methodologies, and menu knowledge.
• Comply with SOP methods for guest checks and server banking procedures.
• Stock and rotate supplies in service areas and dining room as assigned per shift.
• Comply with health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, seat them promptly, and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take orders, relay to kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of meals and refills.
• Handle guest checks and payments accurately while maintaining guest relations.
• Clear and reset tables, and maintain dining room cleanliness during and after shifts.
• Adhere to IHOP service guidelines and uniform standards as required.
