Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Guest Services Associate to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and support daily store operations in Wilder, KY. The role emphasizes customer service, cash handling and accurate POS use in a part-time schedule.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, preparing DipSide items, stocking merchandise, ensuring security, and maintaining cleanliness. Shifts may include 1st, 2nd or 3rd with a pay range of $12.50–$14.50 hourly.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate a POS terminal and gas console and handle transactions.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, coupons and food stamps and make change.
• Ability to recognize numbers and perform basic arithmetic for records.
• Ability to lift and move items as required by duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Prepare DipSide items and maintain ice cream/yogurt products.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, handle transactions.
• Stock shelves, freezers, dip cabinets and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain security and monitor for safety and compliance.
• Keep store and parking lot clean and organized; monitor equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and Customer First Document accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
