Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will greet guests, prepare DipSide items, operate the POS system and gas console, and ensure accurate transactions while maintaining clean, inviting displays.

The role requires good English communication, ability to lift 10 pounds and tolerate cold temperatures, with shifts possible 1st-3rd and pay between $12.50 and $14.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to check identification documents and use price book.
• Ability to count and handle cash, coins, checks and coupons accurately.
• Ability to move merchandise and work in a temperature-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve DipSide items and related beverages.
• Efficiently operate POS system and gas console with accurate transactions.
• Stock shelves, dairy cases, and maintain clean, presentable displays.
• Maintain store security and monitor cash drops according to procedures.
• Keep the store and parking lot clean and safe; monitor equipment temps.
• Accurately complete time records and Customer First documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
